Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person.

3. Your content, your rights

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By submitting content, you grant MCN Creator Hub the license needed to host, review, process, and distribute it to the destinations you select (your member-site profile, and any external platform you've separately connected).

By uploading, you represent and warrant that:

You have all necessary rights to the content, or explicit permission from whoever does.
Every person appearing in your content is an adult who has given direct, explicit consent to appear, and to have that specific content uploaded, edited, and distributed.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your content, in your own jurisdiction.

4. Verification

Content featuring a person requires that person's identity and consent to be verified before it can be reviewed for publication — either because you flagged it at upload, or because we determine during review that it's needed. We ask for a government-issued photo ID and a signed consent statement, or a single verification video covering both. A human reviews this evidence directly; it is never shown to anyone besides you and our reviewers, and never made public.

Once your own identity is verified, you won't be asked to re-verify it for future content where you're the only person shown — you'll just confirm consent for that specific submission instead.

5. Content review

All content is reviewed before it's published. We may reject content, or ask you to complete verification before it can proceed. Rejected content is never silently deleted or altered — you keep visibility into what happened and why, and you're always free to submit something new.

6. Suspension

We may suspend an account that repeatedly violates these terms — including misrepresenting content, submitting falsified verification evidence, or attempting to bypass the verification process. Suspension revokes active sessions immediately.

7. Distribution to other platforms

If you choose to connect an external platform (for example YouTube, TikTok, or X — more platforms may be added over time), you are authorizing that connection yourself, using that platform's own account and permissions — we only ever post on your behalf through an account you control and have explicitly connected, never through an account we operate ourselves.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make a substantive change to these terms, we'll update the version and effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update.
