To operate your account, to review and moderate content before it's published, and — for verification evidence specifically — because we're required to confirm the age and consent of anyone appearing in content before it can be distributed.
Verification evidence (ID documents, consent forms/videos) is visible only to you and to our reviewing admins — never to other users, and never made public, regardless of whether the related content is published. Content media itself is visible to you and admins while under review, and becomes visible to other logged-in users only once it's actually live.
We only share content with an external platform (YouTube, TikTok, X) if you've personally connected that platform's account and selected it as a destination for that specific content. We never share your verification evidence with any external platform, under any circumstance.
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal or verification record-keeping requirements. We do not currently have an automated deletion schedule for verification evidence — if you'd like something removed, contact us directly.
